Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Learning Pro is committed to maintaining transparent and fair policies regarding course fees, cancellations, and refunds.

Fee Payments

Course fees must be paid in accordance with the payment schedule communicated at the time of admission. All fees are payable in the agreed currency and through the approved payment channels.

Refund Policy

Fees once paid are generally non-refundable. However, refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances and are subject to review and final approval at the sole discretion of the institute management.

Course Cancellation by the Institute

In the unlikely event that a course or batch is canceled by The Learning Pro due to unforeseen circumstances, affected students will be offered one of the following options:

  • Transfer to another available batch of the same program
  • Credit note valid toward enrollment in another program offered by the institute
  • Partial or full refund, where applicable, as determined by the institute

Home Tutor Services

Payments for home tutor services are typically collected on a monthly basis in advance. If the service is discontinued mid-month:

  • The current billing period remains chargeable
  • No pro-rata refund is provided for the unused portion of the month

Absence from Classes

Absences due to personal reasons, illness, examinations, travel, or any other cause do not qualify for a refund, fee adjustment, credit, or make-up classes unless otherwise agreed in writing by the institute.
