Parental Responsibility

Parents and guardians play a vital role in supporting their child’s academic development. We strongly encourage active parental involvement throughout the learning journey.

Parents are expected to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding the student’s class, board, academic level, and contact details during registration.
• Ensure regular and punctual attendance at all scheduled classes.
• Encourage students to complete assignments, revise lessons regularly, and follow the academic guidance provided by teachers.
• Maintain respectful and constructive communication with teachers and institute staff regarding academic progress or concerns.
• For online programs, ensure the student has access to a suitable, distraction-free environment, reliable device, and stable internet connection.

Student Code of Conduct

Students are expected to demonstrate discipline, respect, and a positive attitude toward learning at all times.

Students must:

• Treat teachers, staff, and fellow students with courtesy and respect.
• Refrain from disruptive behavior, use of inappropriate language, or any actions that interfere with the teaching-learning process.
• Follow all instructions given by teachers during classes, assignments, assessments, and other activities.
• Actively participate in lessons, ask questions when needed, and engage meaningfully in class discussions.
• Attend classes regularly and arrive punctually. Repeated or unexplained absences may adversely affect academic progress, and the institute will not be responsible for missed content or incomplete syllabus coverage resulting from irregular attendance.

Online Class Etiquette

Students participating in online programs are required to observe proper digital conduct, including:

• Joining classes on time
• Keeping microphones muted unless invited to speak
• Avoiding background distractions or unrelated activities during lessons
• Using respectful and appropriate language in chats and discussions

Recording, screenshotting, or sharing online classes, lectures, or screen content without explicit permission from The Learning Pro is strictly prohibited.

Behavior and Discipline Policy

To ensure a safe and focused learning environment for all students, The Learning Pro may take the following actions in response to repeated or serious violations of the code of conduct:

• Verbal or written warning to the student and/or parents
• Formal notification to parents/guardians
• Temporary suspension from classes
• Permanent removal from the program in cases of grave misconduct

Safety and Learning Environment

The Learning Pro maintains a co-educational environment where all students are expected to interact respectfully and responsibly. For safety and transparency, classrooms may be monitored via CCTV.

Academic Responsibility

While The Learning Pro provides high-quality instruction, structured guidance, and learning resources, academic success ultimately depends on the student’s consistent effort, effective study habits, regular attendance, and diligent preparation. The institute does not guarantee specific examination results, grades, or rankings.

Home Tutor Guidelines

For students availing home tutor services, parents/guardians are responsible for:

• Providing a safe, quiet, and comfortable study space
• Ensuring appropriate supervision during tutoring sessions
• Maintaining respectful and cooperative interaction with the assigned tutor
