The Learning Pro provides educational coaching services for students from Nursery to Class 12 under CBSE, ICSE, and West Bengal Board curricula. We also offer online classes, offline coaching, specialized entrance preparation programs, and home tutor services.

Enrollment and Admission

Admission to any program is subject to availability of seats and confirmation by the institute. Accurate information must be provided by students or parents/guardians during the registration process.

The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any admission request.

Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain appropriate discipline and show respect toward teachers, staff, and fellow students at all times during classes or institute-related activities.

Any behavior that disrupts the learning environment may result in verbal or written warnings and, in serious cases, removal from the program without refund.

Class Attendance

Regular and punctual attendance is essential for optimal academic progress. Students are responsible for attending all scheduled classes and completing assigned work, practice sheets, or homework as directed by their teachers.

Online Classes

For online programs, students must ensure they have a stable internet connection, compatible devices, and a quiet environment suitable for learning.

The Learning Pro is not liable for any technical difficulties or interruptions arising from the student’s or parent’s side (including internet, hardware, or power issues).

Home Tutor Services

Home tutor services are arranged subject to tutor availability and geographic feasibility. Tutors are assigned to assist with the student’s specific learning needs.

Parents/guardians remain responsible for supervising the sessions conducted at home and ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.

Intellectual Property

All study materials, notes, worksheets, question banks, recorded lectures, and other learning resources provided by The Learning Pro are the exclusive intellectual property of the institute.

These materials are supplied solely for the personal academic use of the enrolled student and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, or sold — in whole or in part — without prior written permission.

Changes to Programs

The institute reserves the right to modify class schedules, faculty assignments, course structure, or delivery mode when such changes are deemed necessary to maintain or improve academic quality and operational efficiency.

Limitation of Liability

While The Learning Pro is committed to delivering high-quality educational support, we do not guarantee any specific academic results, ranks, grades, or success in examinations.

The institute shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from participation in our programs.
